At Sheffield’s a huge antique bar dominates the main room and has comfy, elevated seating nooks along a the walls. There are two more rooms.  The first has another bar and a fireplace, the second has a pool table. Make sure you visit the beer garden which is huge and comfortable.  You’ll find a wealth of seating and ivy-covered walls.  Plan ahead as Sheffield’s is packed on nice afternoons.

Sheffield’s tag line is “Great Beer, Great Beer Garden and Some Pretty Darn Good Barbeque.  They also say, “Man does not live by bread alone, but throw in beer and BBQ and you’ve covered most of the bases.”

Sheffield’s is serious about their beer. They have 80 different beers available. Sheffield’s is crowded on Cubs game days but make sure you but don’t let that keep you from visiting during your trip.  This is a great bar for cocktails or a quick meeting with friends.

Sheffield’s is located near Wrigley Field  at 3258 N. Sheffield Avenue, just one block north of the Belmont El, and three blocks south of Wrigley Field, Visit Sheffield’s  for a relaxing drink on your way home from  work or for a few beers with your friends before and after every Cub’s home game.
